With over 150 golf carts expected to join the parade, this is one event you won’t want to miss!
What It's All About The Bolivar Peninsula Golf Cart Poker Run isn’t just about fun—it's about making a difference. All net proceeds from the event benefit Bolivar Peninsula Schools and the Volunteer Fire Departments in Crystal Beach, High Island, and Port Bolivar. Thanks to the money raised, local schools can purchase supplies that might otherwise be out of reach for their students. This incredible event is powered by the dedication of the Bolivar Peninsula Area Volunteers, whose efforts ensure a successful day for everyone involved.
A Fun-Filled Day The fun kicks off at 8:00 AM at Jose’s Cantina, located at 1021 Hwy 87 in Crystal Beach, Texas. Participants will parade down the beach, making exciting stops at local restaurants along the way. The event culminates at Stingaree Restaurant around 3:00 PM for a HUGE live auction, featuring fantastic items up for grabs. Of course, it wouldn’t be a poker run without a winning hand! Prizes will be awarded for the best poker hand, along with categories for: Best-Decorated Golf Carts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd place) Largest Group Participation Furthest Distance Traveled
