Hurricane Delta, Makes It No Friday Afternoon Drive On Bolivar Peninsula!

Winds clocked at a steady 51 mph and gusts to 62 mph, add in 3" of rain by noon is what Hurricane Delta has leashed out at Bolivar Peninsula so far.
