If security deposit is not received within seven days to the date of booking, the reservations will be cancelled without notice. This deposit will also serve as the damage and/or cleaning deposit. If the cabin is not left clean (refer to Beach House Use Agreement for specific instructions), a cleaning fee will be deducted from deposit. The $350.00 security deposit will be returned approximately 2 weeks after your departure if everything is left in the same condition as it was found.
The full rental amount is due 14 days before check in. **Cancellation OR failure to pay full rental amount within 14 days before check-in will forfeit your security deposit.
Rentals are for FAMILY GROUPS ONLY. Rates are based on the cabin sleeping capacity. There are to be no more persons that stated sleeping capacity unless previously agreed upon by the owners. Doing so may result in forfeiture of deposit or cancellation of reservation with no refunds. Having more that the stated capacity can easily push the septic system beyond its limits, causing damage.
While using the beach home, you assume all risk associated with your stay. If any damage to the house or contents occurs, you will be responsible for cost associated with repairing and/or replacing. Owner is not responsible for any accidents or injuries during your stay. Owner is not responsible for damage or loss of user's personal property.
Please close all blinds, turn off lights/fans and set the thermostat at 80 degrees when you leave. Clean the house before departing, and after we inspect the house for cleanliness/damage and find no issues, your deposit check will be returned promptly. You are responsible for any/all damages incurred by you or your guest; this also includes any damages that exceed your deposit.
Please do not rearrange inside furniture due to potential damage to flooring.
