The Crystal Beach Disc Dog Event

Enjoyment and entertainment for the entire family that's FREE. Watch these amazing dogs make spectacular leaps and grabs, and help make this a Bolivar Peninsula tradition!

The Crystal Beach Disc Dog Event is a 2 day Frisbee dog event April 29th and 30th, 2017.  This is an Annual Event taking place at Gregory Park 2292 Highway 87, Crystal Beach, Texas 77650 on Bolivar Peninsula. An Event fun for the whole family and with the growth in 2017 all proceeds will go to SANBO- a spay and neuter outreach program on Bolivar Peninsula.

April 29 2017  - DiscDogathon Quallifier. 

Saturday – April 29th DiscDogathon Qualifier – 3 Divisions (Novice, Masters and Open)

Events: 1.  Spot Landing – Novice, Masters, and Open
2.  Bullseye - Novice, Masters, and Open
                3.  Freestyle - Novice, Masters, and Open
4.  Time Trial - Novice, Masters, and Open
5.  Pairs Distance/Accuracy - Novice, Masters, and Open

An invitation to the Skyhoundz DiscDogathon World Championships will be extended to the 1st place competitor in each of the 5 events in Open.  For complete rules on each event and more information on the Skyhoundz Disc Dogathon World Championships, please visit the skyhoundz website.  Qualifying spots are NOT available for Novice and Masters.

Awards:   Awards will be given to 1st through 3rd place.  The awards ceremony will be held 
at the conclusion of the event on Saturday

Entry Fee: $40 for first dog for all five events.  Each additional dog $5 per event or
$10 for each individual event per dog.

April 30th 2017- Skyhounds Disc Dogathon.

Time:  9 AM starting time – registration from 8 to 8:45, players meeting at 8:45.

Events:           1. Novice Dog Toss & Catch

                        2.  Micro Dog Toss & Catch

                        3.  Puppy Toss & Fetch

                        4.  Intermediate Toss & Catch

                        5.  Youth Toss & Catch

                        6.  Cash & Catch for T & C open

                             Lunch

                        7.  Novice Dog Freestyle

                        8.  People’s Choice Freestyle – “Dancing with the Paws”

Entry Fee:      $5   for Novice Dog Toss & Catch

$10 per dog for Throw & Catch or Freestyle only -  $5 per dog for multiple dogs

                        $15 per dog for combined (if you register for both Throw & Catch and Freestyle for the same dog

                        $20 for Cash & Catch
