Things have settled down from the winds and rain overnight, so I got a full cup of coffee and took to the roads on Bolivar Peninsula, Here's what I found while I was out driving Hwy 87 from Port Bolivar to High Island, make sure your sound is up when I show you the electrical wire and watch the road for ponding on the eastern end of Hwy 87.
