Tropical Storm Francine Models And Track Move West, We're Watching Closely.

Tropical Storm Francine which is predicted to be a Cat 2 or low Cat 3 at Landfall in Louisiana track has moved west, with a relocation of the eye. What's that mean? The NHC has moved to forecast track over to the west. We're watching each update and hope it moves back to the east as forecast tracks are updated. Landfall is predicted Wednesday at 1pm as of now.
