I45 North Of Tiki Island Opens Up Early, Relieving Traffic.

The closure down to one lane on the north and southbound I45 opened up early, as we were recording our show, Danny Perez with TXDOT sent us a message that I45 is back open which should relieve traffic. www.AranFranklin.com #i45 #opensearly #txdot #thankyou
