Galveston County Helps TXDOT Make Emergency Repairs On Hwy 87.

We worked on video for an upcoming Bolivar LIVE show this morning on the undermining of Hwy 87. With higher tides forecast, TxDOT made the call to haul surplus asphalt in to slow the undermining of Hwy 87. We'll have a full video on what we saw this morning this coming week with a question, When Will Our Evacuation Route Be Safe To Travel During Elevated Tides.
