Watch the sail boats as they pass Fort Travis leaving from Galveston and Kemah as they make way to the Galveston Beachfront for the 2019 Harvest Moon Regatta. We're here now at Fort Travis and will be back tomorrow morning for Bolivar LIVE and the view. They will be in Galveston from 10am-2pm so set up early at Fort Travis and enjoy the view.
