KILO 19 - A Walk to Remember is an emotionally charged trip down Crystal Beach where we come together in solidarity to both remember those we've lost and to demonstrate our commitment to walk strong beside our wounded service members.
Come walk beside Gold Star families, veterans, active military, and military supporters on Sunday, May 27, 2018. The walk is lead by Ken Meyer, the veteran who marched 628 miles across Texas to raise awareness for Post Traumatic Stress and veteran suicide prevention.
Jeeps and vehicles capable of traveling through sand are welcome.
We will meet at the Tiki Bar prior to the walk and shuttle to the start by Jeeps and other vehicles. After we walk down Mr.G street, we will head back over to the Tiki Bar for some fun and excitement. Thank you Chris and Karen Gatlin at the Tiki Bar for offering to be a sponsor.
