I've been watching the crew working on our Hwy 87 Problem, talked to someone this morning at the site on my way out. All I can say is, figure up the force of one square foot of wave with the speed of travel, now tell me it's gonna work. I hope so cause I can't crawl over 18"-24" boulders to get off Bolivar Peninsula in a storm.
