Breaking News, Water Restrictions Lifted Today! Rollover Pass Closed Today! As many of you know our water plant in Winnie Texas was flooded during Imelda which placed us on Water Restrictions. I juts got a call from BPSUD and we started getting water back from our plant yesterday, tanks are full and all is going good so as of TODAY our Water Restrictions have been lifted. On another note, part of history has been taken away, Rollover Pass was closed today for public fishing. We knew it was coming but didn't know when, well it happened today.
