Cajun Cooking Teams To Converge In Crystal Beach, Texas For, Brad & Big Rich's Cajun Chef's Cookoff

Do ya Love Live Music, Cajun Live Music, Cajun Cooking and a location with a view....gather-up your cooking team and register for the 1st Brad & Big Rich's Cajun Chef's Cookoff!!! Entry only $175, 3 categories judged together to see who's the best!! Judging on Bloody Mary, Seafood Gumbo and Chef's Choice and when the scores are tallied we'll know the best. Public Tasting cups sold for taste testing some of the best Seafood Gumbo and Bloody Mary (must be 21 to consume alcohol) and all monies raised for The Holtzclaw Memorial Foundation in Beaumont Texas.

This will be a great event for family and friends, make it a weekend get-away in Crystal Beach, Texas October 29 2016. Set-up at 6am, pots start boiling at 7am, tasting is 11am-2:30pm or until we run out of approximately 45 gals of Seafood Gumbo and 30 gals of Bloody Mary. The public vote will determine the coveted by many teams "Peoples Choice Award".
