Tropical Storm Francine Projected Path Moves East, Lightening Load On Bolivar Peninsula

With models showing another eastern movement for Tropical Storm Francine and now more of a northeast movement, I look for the NHC model to change also. I did just get a notification from Galveston County calling for a Voluntary Evacuation, which made me scratch my head a little, they didn't call for one during Hurricane Beryl.
